I lost a right front tire while I was driving our car last week. I had the car towed to Lukes on Sinclair. Their commuication and service to my situation was exceptional. Shout out to Ryan, Shawn, Brad and Ben for their attention and assistance to our situation!! I would highly recommend these folks!!

Service was excellent from start to finish. With my car immobile, I was able to make an appointment online same-day. Once I dropped off the car, my service manager, Christian, was great to deal with and gave me an accurate estimate of when I would get an update. Once I did hear back, he again was very clear with all of the work required and why. My car was ready quickly there after. As for price: I'm not sure how it compares because my car was inoperable, so I didn't have time to shop around. But, unlike at a dealership, there was no attempt to upsell me or find other high-margin replacements like an air filter. Finally, I feel good about their expertise: I got my battery and alternator tested at O'Reilly the day prior, they told me my battery was good and my alternator was dead. Luke's had a different diagnosis that it was just my battery and that probably saved me $800, so I'm grateful that they did their due diligence.

I came home from a really long road trip out west and brought my van into Luke’s for an oil change. During the service, I requested that my battery be tested. Lo and behold, by the time my oil was changed and my tires were rotated - my battery was completely dead. Kristian and Olivia went above and beyond to ensure that my battery got replaced in record time. The quality of service I received was beyond exceptional and I’m truly grateful for my experience today. Thank you so much!

My experience with Luke's Auto was very good. The people I spoke with on the phone were friendly and welcoming, which made me want to bring my car to them. I initially called the Bethel Rd location, but after finding it was too far, I asked to be transferred to a closer location. The staff at the new location were just as friendly and helpful. When I arrived, the staff were courteous, and the facility was nice. Although my car wasn't fixed that day, I was relieved that my insurance company could assist me in getting it to the right place and having it repaired at a price I could afford. I'm grateful to Olivia and the entire team for their kindness and assistance, and I appreciate the chance to have met such great people.

Been having an issue with my car for over a month. Went to another shop and they couldn't diagnose the problem. Took my car to Luke's and within the day they were able to pin point the issue and fix it. Excellent service. The updates and all the information they give you is very easy to understand about what's going on with your car. Could not recommend more.
